Two days of workshops and lessons about
HANDSTAND, FLEXIBILITY and CONTORSIONISM!

This workshop will train the circus-style handstand technique and alignment… It is designed to help you to build strength, coordination, balance and will focus on the static handstand and its foundation, but includes other various inverted balances

SUNDAY OCTOBER 4th
