Handstand Basics is our Beginner Handstand Training Program designed to help take you from the very first time you go upside down right up to balancing a 2-minute Freestanding Handstand in multiple shapes.
The program consists of 4 levels and 12 workouts. Each level contains a detailed program broken down into a weekly schedule of workouts for you to follow. There are 140+ individual exercise videos, each with detailed instructions on performance and key points to focus.
Each workout begins with a general warm-up of dynamic leg exercises and leg mobility and finishes with a stretch focusing on pancake, middle, and front split. We prepare your body and mind for the upcoming workout. A thorough and consistent warm-up has always been a mainstay of Andrii’s training to avoid injuries.
